Refund policy

Moore Organic Foods, LLC will work with you to streamline this process as much as possible. We want to make sure that your shopping experience with us is always positive and also give you confidence in your purchases. So, we’ve made our refund and return process super easy for you.


Below are a few key requirements to keep in mind before proceeding:
• Refunds and return labels are only issued if a package arrives and the product is damaged.
• Refunds and return labels are only issued if an item is returned unopened and/or the seal has not been broken.
• If the package arrives and the product is damaged, then the customer can choose between a full refund, a new item or a store credit.
• In the case of lost orders, customers can choose between a full refund, a new item or a store credit. Request must be made within 15 days of shipping (including Saturdays as Sundays, excluding holidays).
• In the case of lost orders, customers are entitled to only a partial refund or store credit after 15 days of shipping has passed (including Saturdays as Sundays, excluding holidays).
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items that have a reduced price (on sale) cannot be refunded.
• Our policy is only good for 30 days. If 30 days has passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund and/or a return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
