SHIPPING
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Transit time is generally three (3) days but can be longer or shorter depending on the carrier, origin and destination.
Eco-friendly cardboard and packing materials are used. Our peanuts are fully bio-degradable, made from corn and are actually even edible.
Certain orders, including orders with frozen and refrigerated products, are only shipped Monday through Wednesday. If such orders are placed on Wednesdays, these particular orders will go out the following Monday. We also reserve the right to delay shipment in the event of extreme weather conditions.
Frozen Products:
1. These products are shipped an Expanded Polystyrene Insulated Shipper.
2. For every 1 pound of product, 2 pounds of dry ice will be included.
3. The shipper will be shrink-wrapped in polyethylene.
4. Depending on the size of the box and the carrier used, the shipper is packaged in a 14 x 14 x14 carton, 16 x 16 x 16 carton or, if shipped via USPS without a carton. The carton does not prolong the life of the shipment. Instead, it is used to comply with FedEx rules to avoid additional surcharges.
*Depending on the destination some or all of the dry ice may sublimate when it is delivered. *
Refrigerated Products:
1. Refrigerated products are packed similarly to Frozen products, whereas ice packs are used instead of dry ice.
